- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
- Build and maintain a caseload of clients
- Engage in regular peer consultation and case conferences
- Participate in weekly clinical community drop-ins
- Deliver evidence-based interventions
- Maintain high standards of client-centered care
