  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain knowledge of mission-critical industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience through clear communication.
  • Develop and implement an internship program with local schools.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and intern-to-hire conversion.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
