- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain knowledge of mission-critical industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience through clear communication.
- Develop and implement an internship program with local schools.
- Contribute to workforce planning and intern-to-hire conversion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
