Requirements

- Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau or similar)
- Ability to build dashboards that turn raw data into a clear story
- Ability to influence product decisions based on data
- Ability to translate complex data into plain language
Responsibilities
- Analyze new feature rollouts to determine their true value to the user and impact on the product
- Dig deep into data to uncover product growth points, focusing on user retention, activity, and drop‑offs
- Define, build, and track core metrics—retention, activation, engagement, and conversion—to keep a pulse on product health
- Conduct deep analysis of A/B tests, guiding the process from generating hypotheses to formulating actionable insights
