Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer subscription businesses, DTC, mobile apps, gaming, e-commerce, or other performance-driven B2C environments.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling at least 2 subscription products or funnels from concept to market.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, subscription economics, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience working closely with paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyze cohorts, retention data, and LTV models to make informed product decisions.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Stripe, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, A/B testing platforms, and basic SQL.
  • Strong AI proficiency and a habit of using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new subscription products and funnels: Build → Launch → Test → Scale → Localization.
  • Coordinate multiple product launches simultaneously while ensuring smooth execution and adherence to performance milestones.
  • Work directly with the CEO and Product COO to identify, prioritize, and execute new product opportunities.
  • Analyze funnel performance, customer behavior, conversion metrics, retention, churn, and LTV to drive product decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with paid acquisition teams across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify winning product concepts and funnel mechanics.
  • Develop and continuously improve scalable processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks for launching new products efficiently.
  • Leverage AI tools for research, funnel analysis, UX reviews, data interpretation, and content optimization.
  • Make data-driven recommendations on whether to scale, optimize, or discontinue products based on performance.
