Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, legal operations, or contract management within a SaaS environment
- Proven experience negotiating and redlining SaaS agreements such as MSAs, subscription contracts, and data processing agreements
- Strong understanding of procurement processes across enterprise, higher education, nonprofit, or healthcare clients
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent contract workflows
- Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot or equivalent systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in negotiation contexts
- Ability to remain firm in negotiations while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from verbal commitment to signed agreement, including redlining, negotiation, and execution of MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, BAAs, and related documents
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer legal and procurement teams
- Ensure all deal records are accurately maintained in CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Identify, escalate, and manage contract risks or non-standard terms
- Own the end-to-end renewal process and coordinate with Customer Success
- Track renewal pipelines and ensure timely execution
- Contribute to sales operations functions, including reporting and process documentation
