Requirements

- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance standards.
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate employee data across HRIS platforms.
- Process end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
- Support HR system maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Serve as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain personnel records in alignment with audit standards.
- Participate in HR process optimization and automation projects.
- Support compliance activities and regulatory reporting.
