Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance standards.
  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee data across HRIS platforms.
  • Process end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  • Support HR system maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Serve as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Maintain personnel records in alignment with audit standards.
  • Participate in HR process optimization and automation projects.
  • Support compliance activities and regulatory reporting.
