Requirements
- Strong knowledge of contract types including Cost Plus (CP), Time & Materials (T&M), and Fixed Price (FFP).
- Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and large-scale financial reporting processes.
- Experience working with government or defense-related contracts.
- Understanding of compliance requirements (GAAP, FAR, SOX).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring junior analysts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and GSA contracts preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage Estimates at Completion (EAC), variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Supervise TDL project setup, cost allocation, and monitoring of labor, subcontractor, and funding status.
- Partner with program management, contracts, procurement, and finance teams to identify risks and optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR, SOX, and internal financial policies.
- Support billing, accounts receivable, accruals, and audit readiness.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis for decision-making and executive-level reporting.
