Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, project management, business analysis, performance improvement, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of core revenue cycle functions, including Patient Access, Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Denials Management.
  • Proven experience leading projects, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data, track KPIs, and develop actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and project management best practices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple revenue cycle projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution, timely delivery, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies to support project success.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and teams to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and achievement of project deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting metrics, and operational dashboards to track progress and outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and barriers while implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Drive process standardization initiatives and promote adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement efforts by conducting post-project evaluations and implementing lessons learned.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing across projects.
