Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare analytics, or a chief of staff/operational leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, synthesize, and present complex revenue cycle data.
- Demonstrated project management experience leading cross-functional healthcare initiatives.
- Working knowledge of billing, eligibility, AR, and denial management processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level.
- Experience with BI tools, SQL, or reporting platforms is preferred.
- Proactive use of AI tools to improve output and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the RCM reporting infrastructure to support management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards covering AR aging, DSO, denial rates, and cash collection.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting for RCM and executive leadership.
- Lead high-priority RCM initiatives spanning multiple functional areas.
- Manage the design and implementation of employer guarantee of payment enforcement workflows.
- Facilitate weekly RCM leadership meetings and maintain the RCM SOP library.
- Develop and execute onboarding plans and training programs for new RCM hires.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and executive updates.
