Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, competitive intelligence, or strategic insights roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field required; advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech industry dynamics, including clinical development and commercialization
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-workstream client engagements
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling strategic insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with executive-level stakeholder engagement experience
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong operational mindset with focus on quality control, structure, and delivery excellence
- Experience working in client-facing consulting or advisory environments
- Interest in innovation, including AI, data, and automation in analytical workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality, strategic, and decision-ready deliverables
- Translate complex data and research into clear, executive-level insights that support strategic decision-making
- Act as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for clients across pharmaceutical and biotech organizations
- Mentor, coach, and develop internal teams to build high-performance capability and consistent delivery standards
- Support business development activities including proposals, pitches, and expansion of existing client relationships
- Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, resourcing models, and delivery processes
- Contribute directly to analysis, research design, and insight generation on priority engagements
- Facilitate and support client workshops, scenario planning sessions, and strategic discussions
- Champion innovation through the integration of AI, automation, and advanced analytical tools
