Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or sales engineering within cybersecurity or SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in cybersecurity domains such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and how they are used in security automation and integrations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements and deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with enterprise clients, including Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Experience participating in complex enterprise sales cycles and influencing technical decision-makers.
  • Portuguese fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced pre-sales technical expertise and lead solution engineering efforts across the sales cycle.
  • Translate customer security requirements into tailored demonstrations and solution architectures.
  • Support and guide sales teams with technical insights, product positioning, and proof-of-value execution.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and technical demonstrations to both technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product improvements.
  • Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and maintain consistency in sales engineering processes and documentation.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and customer forums as a technical representative and thought partner.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful solution deployment and customer satisfaction.
