Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting within networking, security, or cloud environments
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and traffic inspection tools
  • Hands-on experience with SASE, Zero Trust architectures, and cloud-delivered security solutions
  • Solid networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP/S, BGP, and OSPF
  • Familiarity with identity and access management protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SSO
  • Working knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Proven ability to deliver technical presentations, live demos, and customer proof-of-concepts
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions
  • Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced sales environments
  • Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or cloud certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, business drivers, and security challenges
  • Design and present scalable cybersecurity architectures leveraging SASE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN, and firewall technologies
  • Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept environments showcasing security and networking solutions
  • Support sales cycles by responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accurate technical documentation
  • Position integrated security solutions across cloud, data center, and hybrid environments
  • Collaborate with account managers, engineers, and partners to drive successful deal execution
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence future solution development
  • Support customer engagements, workshops, and field events, including regional travel as required
