Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, development, or CRM solution delivery roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
- Solid development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Proven ability to conduct business analysis and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in advanced English.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ environments.
- Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configurations.
- Support post-implementation phases by analyzing case trends and resolving technical issues.
- Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams within Agile Scrum environments.
- Contribute to due diligence activities and CRM optimization strategies.
