Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, development, or CRM solution delivery roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
  • Solid development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
  • Proven ability to conduct business analysis and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in advanced English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ environments.
  • Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configurations.
  • Support post-implementation phases by analyzing case trends and resolving technical issues.
  • Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams within Agile Scrum environments.
  • Contribute to due diligence activities and CRM optimization strategies.
