Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SDR, BDR, or Account Executive roles
  • 1+ year of full-cycle sales experience managing opportunities from qualification to close
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience with sequencing platforms like Outreach or Salesloft
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage outbound pipeline through daily prospecting activities
  • Own deals from first contact through close, including discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and final contract execution
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota targets for pipeline creation and closed-won revenue
  • Develop and refine repeatable sales plays, including ICP definition, messaging sequences, and conversion strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring customer insights into product, marketing, and operational improvements
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
