Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SDR, BDR, or Account Executive roles
- 1+ year of full-cycle sales experience managing opportunities from qualification to close
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Experience with sequencing platforms like Outreach or Salesloft
- Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage outbound pipeline through daily prospecting activities
- Own deals from first contact through close, including discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and final contract execution
- Consistently meet or exceed quota targets for pipeline creation and closed-won revenue
- Develop and refine repeatable sales plays, including ICP definition, messaging sequences, and conversion strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring customer insights into product, marketing, and operational improvements
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
