Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required due to client interactions across regions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a structured full-time schedule
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to use a personal vehicle for business activities
  • Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by prospecting and identifying potential small business customers, while actively expanding market share within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships by responding to inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Develop and deliver tailored value propositions that address customer logistics needs and position appropriate service solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams through regular meetings and training sessions to align on strategy, performance, and customer engagement approaches.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support informed sales strategies and improve customer positioning.
