Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or strategic program delivery roles.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region transformation initiatives.
  • Strong ability to operate in highly matrixed environments with competing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, including planning, dependency tracking, and milestone management.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and influencing without direct authority.
  • Change management or project management certification (e.g., Prosci, PMP, Agile) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with adoption measurement, readiness assessments, and change analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring alignment across global teams and business units.
  • Develop and execute integrated change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption planning.
  • Identify and manage change risks, resistance points, and organizational dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to support successful adoption.
  • Partner with program and project leaders to embed change management practices into delivery plans from design through post-implementation stabilization.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and executive discussions to ensure clarity, shared accountability, and consistent messaging.
  • Design and deliver executive-level communications that translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Define and track adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and change effectiveness measures to continuously improve outcomes.
