Requirements

  • Hands-on enterprise experience leading OCM for an enterprise customer
  • Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices
  • 3-5 years of experience in process, organizational change, and/or learning improvements
  • Experience leading enterprise-level process improvement projects
  • Knowledge of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools
  • Ability to understand business issues and articulate business context
  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive OCM project activities including actionable deliverables for communication and training
  • Manage resistance to change and ensure user readiness
  • Support stakeholder assessment and change impact assessment interviews and focus groups
  • Develop communication, engagement, and training plans
  • Organize and improve OCM governance, standards, and reporting capability
  • Maintain OCM content repository and ensure document compliance
  • Support OCM leadership with knowledge and standards implementation
  • Develop and coordinate project performance measurement reporting
