Requirements
- Hands-on enterprise experience leading OCM for an enterprise customer
- Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices
- 3-5 years of experience in process, organizational change, and/or learning improvements
- Experience leading enterprise-level process improvement projects
- Knowledge of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools
- Ability to understand business issues and articulate business context
- Strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Drive OCM project activities including actionable deliverables for communication and training
- Manage resistance to change and ensure user readiness
- Support stakeholder assessment and change impact assessment interviews and focus groups
- Develop communication, engagement, and training plans
- Organize and improve OCM governance, standards, and reporting capability
- Maintain OCM content repository and ensure document compliance
- Support OCM leadership with knowledge and standards implementation
- Develop and coordinate project performance measurement reporting
