Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MPH, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- 12+ years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience, including at least 7+ years in oncology marketing.
- Proven experience in oncology product launches, lifecycle management, or new indication commercialization.
- Experience in solid tumor markets, ideally including gynecologic oncology or endometrial cancer.
- Strong understanding of U.S. market access, reimbursement dynamics, and oncology treatment pathways.
- Demonstrated success in building brand strategy and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional teams in fast-paced biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and executive-level communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Experience working in biomarker-driven or precision oncology environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own U.S. endometrial cancer brand strategy, including multi-year commercial planning and annual brand plans.
- Lead U.S. launch strategy and readiness, defining critical path activities across positioning, messaging, and access strategy.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, and Operations.
- Develop and refine brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging based on clinical evidence and market insights.
- Lead lifecycle management, scenario planning, and competitive response strategies.
- Oversee customer segmentation and targeting across academic centers and community oncology.
- Establish performance tracking systems and operating rhythms to monitor brand performance.
- Partner with Market Access and HEOR to shape value strategy and reimbursement readiness.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams ensuring disciplined governance and execution.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to executive leadership.
