Requirements

- Experience with CRM or case management platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level customer support through phone, email, voicemail, and other communication channels.
- Document, update, route, and resolve customer support cases related to software and hardware.
- Manage case activities including escalations, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
- Perform first-call technical troubleshooting using internal resources.
- Complete administrative tasks including account setup, user creation, and scanner configurations.
- Maintain accurate records within customer service platforms.
- Assist with internal documentation and service improvement.
