Requirements

  • Experience with CRM or case management platforms is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level customer support through phone, email, voicemail, and other communication channels.
  • Document, update, route, and resolve customer support cases related to software and hardware.
  • Manage case activities including escalations, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
  • Perform first-call technical troubleshooting using internal resources.
  • Complete administrative tasks including account setup, user creation, and scanner configurations.
  • Maintain accurate records within customer service platforms.
  • Assist with internal documentation and service improvement.
