Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume phone-based customer support.
  • At least 3 months of sales experience.
  • Previous successful experience in a remote work environment.
  • Experience with CRM or contact center platforms.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Access to a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
  • Proficiency in learning new systems and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound phone inquiries.
  • Answer questions related to products, orders, subscriptions, and policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically.
  • Process transactions including orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
  • Recommend and upsell products through consultative conversations.
  • Achieve performance goals related to satisfaction, quality, and sales.
  • Document customer interactions in company systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex issues.
  • Provide feedback on recurring concerns for continuous improvement.
