- Comfort with basic content design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with milestones and team highlights.
- Write and design or brief designers on posts, stories, carousels, and video concepts.
- Monitor community engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Build monthly content calendars in collaboration with clients.
- Coordinate with designers for client content production.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and present insights to clients.
