Requirements

  • 3–5 years of social media management experience, including client-facing or agency work.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brands.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Proficiency in native analytics across major platforms (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfort with basic content design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and best practices as they apply to content creation and social media workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage content calendars aligned with company milestones and thought leadership.
  • Write and design (or brief designers on) posts, stories, carousels, and short-form video concepts.
  • Monitor community engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage social media accounts for multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining distinct brand voices.
  • Build monthly content calendars in collaboration with clients and internal account leads.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and present insights and recommendations to clients.
