Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business operations, strategic finance, consulting, or banking.
- Experience in auto lending or consumer lending preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership.
- Experience building or scaling programs and processes.
- Strong execution skills with ability to establish structure.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with operational and financial data.
- Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet modeling.
- Experience with BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with SQL preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills for leadership materials.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
- Own the analytical foundation for board-facing decisions.
- Evaluate unit economics, portfolio performance, and operational trade-offs.
- Partner with Finance on forecasting and financial planning.
- Design and improve the company’s operating model and planning rhythms.
- Manage prioritization processes to align with business objectives.
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Lead company-wide initiatives spanning Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Tech.
- Translate executive priorities into structured, actionable plans.
