Responsibilities
- Lead structured discovery sessions to uncover business needs and document requirements.
- Create process flows and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Ensure requirements align with standard Salesforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to manage requirement-to-build traceability.
- Support system testing by mapping test cases to user stories.
- Lead UAT end-to-end, including scenario design, defect triage, and stakeholder sign-off.
