- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and financial control frameworks.
- Proven ability to analyse complex financial information.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior executives.
- Strong communication skills for executive-level narratives.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights and strategic guidance.
- Lead end-to-end divisional finance activities, including forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
- Drive and contribute to productivity and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional finance teams in an agile environment.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members.
- Support senior stakeholders in evaluating financial risks, opportunities, and investment decisions.
