  • Proven ability to analyse complex financial information.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior executives.
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level narratives.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights and strategic guidance.
  • Lead end-to-end divisional finance activities, including forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Drive and contribute to productivity and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional finance teams in an agile environment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Support senior stakeholders in evaluating financial risks, opportunities, and investment decisions.
