Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical role (support, engineering, solutions or devrel)
- Excitement for the Solana ecosystem, distributed systems, and internet capital markets
- Comfort reading and writing code (TypeScript & Rust preferred)
- Deep curiosity, bias for action, and ownership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for helping developers and improving developer experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical front door for developers using Helius APIs and streaming products
- Troubleshoot issues, reproduce bugs, and work with engineering to get fixes shipped
- Build code samples, demos, and SDKs that help customers integrate faster
- Rewrite and expand documentation, tutorials, and guides based on real-world questions
- Automate support workflows using internal tooling, scripts and AI-assisted systems
- Collaborate with engineering on feature requests, bug reports, and customer-driven improvements
- Live in Discord and Telegram to support developers, gather feedback, and spot new patterns
- Partner with enterprise and ecosystem teams to design integrations and optimize performance
- Prototype new experimental features alongside engineers and product owners based on customer feedback
