Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data center operations, colocation, telecommunications, infrastructure sourcing, or market research.
- Strong analytical, research, and market intelligence capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience gathering, validating, and analyzing technical and commercial information.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure, power, cooling, and connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source unique data center capacity opportunities globally.
- Research market trends, operator availability, and regional constraints.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with data center operators and strategic partners.
- Conduct operator qualification and validation discussions.
- Vet referred capacity opportunities prior to customer presentation.
- Collect bids, pricing, and service information from operators.
- Support customer-facing teams with market intelligence and capacity insights.
- Coordinate NDAs and required documentation.
