Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience with Google Ads in a DTC Ecommerce context.
- Fluent and confident communication in English.
- Genuine curiosity and basic knowledge of technical tracking tools (GTM, GA4).
- Familiarity with all Google Ads campaign types.
- Strong analytical mindset and proactive, 'figure-it-out' mentality.
- Ability to work in the EU timezone.
Responsibilities
- Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax) across a portfolio of eCom brands.
- Manage execution and strategy for assigned campaigns.
- Perform creative and copy testing, write ad copy, and support creative briefs.
- Contribute to structured testing frameworks across SEM and PPC.
- Analyze performance data to identify patterns and actionable insights.
- Implement technical tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Communicate performance metrics and strategy updates to clients via Slack and meetings.
