Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with Google Ads in a DTC Ecommerce context.
  • Fluent and confident communication in English.
  • Genuine curiosity and basic knowledge of technical tracking tools (GTM, GA4).
  • Familiarity with all Google Ads campaign types.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proactive, 'figure-it-out' mentality.
  • Ability to work in the EU timezone.

Responsibilities

  • Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax) across a portfolio of eCom brands.
  • Manage execution and strategy for assigned campaigns.
  • Perform creative and copy testing, write ad copy, and support creative briefs.
  • Contribute to structured testing frameworks across SEM and PPC.
  • Analyze performance data to identify patterns and actionable insights.
  • Implement technical tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Communicate performance metrics and strategy updates to clients via Slack and meetings.
