Requirements
- Proven commercial mobile delivery (native iOS/Android) at real scale.
- Track record of owning work end to end.
- High-level Figma proficiency (variables, advanced components, auto-layout).
- Experience using AI in daily workflows (Claude & Figma MCP) or ability to fast ramp.
- Fluent Polish.
- Solid English.
Responsibilities
- Own products from discovery toward shipped.
- Design high-craft native iOS/Android mobile apps.
- Measure shipped product performance and iterate.
- Build and scale design systems from scratch.
- Shape and utilize team AI workflows (Claude + Figma MCP).
- Mentor mid-level designers.
- Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
