Requirements
- Solid commercial experience with a few shipped products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma including components, auto-layout, and variables.
- Experience or genuine interest in native mobile (iOS/Android) design.
- Fluent Polish.
- Solid English proficiency.
- Familiarity with design systems (preferred).
- Understanding of business context (preferred).
- Experience using AI in design workflows (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design high-craft native iOS/Android mobile apps with clean hand-off to developers.
- Take real ownership of a specific product area.
- Grow toward senior role through mentoring and feedback.
- Utilize AI-driven workflows (Claude + Figma MCP) daily.
- Maintain, use, and extend design systems to scale quality.
- Communicate clearly by presenting work and collaborating with development teams.
