Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping production work.
- Portfolio demonstrating process, data-driven decisions, and impact.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping).
- Experience designing across full product surfaces including consumer flows and back-office tools.
- Experience using LLMs in the design toolkit.
- Ability to run projects solo with Staff Designer support.
- Strong initiative and ability to push back on vague briefs.
- Fluent in English.
- Clear design process and ability to defend ideas while accepting feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design full customer-facing experiences including sales funnels and transactional emails.
- Design internal back-office tools for policy management and customer support.
- Partner with PMs and engineers from discovery to shipping to improve product metrics like conversion, activation, and retention.
- Conduct user interviews, shadow sessions, and lightweight feedback loops.
- Produce sketches, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
- Facilitate alignment conversations between product, design, and engineering teams.
- Participate in regular design critiques.
