Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Design.
- Proven track record of leading successful design projects from inception to execution.
- Fluency in English.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma.
- Experience with AI-first workflows using tools like Claude, Gemini, or Stitch.
- Strategic thinking with experience in design strategy and impact-driven decision-making.
- Strong experience in hypothesis generation, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making.
- Deep understanding of systems thinking and component-based design.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Portfolio featuring examples of design work and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Work end-to-end on product design, spending time with users to articulate and solve complex problems.
- Design and ship simple, intuitive experiences for healthcare specialists.
- Drive product vision and design strategy autonomously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, research, and engineering.
- Utilize data, business KPIs, and success metrics to align design efforts.
- Implement systems thinking and component-based design principles across teams.
- Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
