Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI & UX Design or Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Figma (3-5 years) and Prototyping (3-5 years) for UI/UX roles.
- Experience with Product Design and Adobe Suite.
- 5+ years of commercial experience with Adobe Creative Suite & Illustrator for Graphic Designer roles.
- Strong understanding of design systems and component architecture.
- Advanced ability to communicate in English.
- High ownership and ability to work without micromanagement.
- Reliability in meeting commitments and deadlines.
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new projects.
Responsibilities
- Build polished, production-ready work from scratch.
- Develop design systems and component architecture.
- Manage own time and hit project deadlines independently.
- Communicate directly with clients to defend design decisions.
- Align with existing style guides and brand directions.
- Flag blockers and communicate changes early.
