Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or service roles.
  • Experience with ticketing tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong typing and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments.
  • Adaptability across tools and workflows.
  • Experience in SaaS, E-commerce, Healthcare, or Finance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with KPI-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 50–100 daily tickets via Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Respond to inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social channels.
  • Prioritize tickets based on urgency and SLA requirements.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and monitor open tickets.
  • Update internal knowledge base and maintain response templates.
  • Capture customer sentiment (CSAT, NPS) and share insights.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or technical teams.
