Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or service roles.
- Experience with ticketing tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong typing and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments.
- Adaptability across tools and workflows.
- Experience in SaaS, E-commerce, Healthcare, or Finance is a plus.
- Familiarity with KPI-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Handle 50–100 daily tickets via Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Respond to inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social channels.
- Prioritize tickets based on urgency and SLA requirements.
- Maintain accurate case notes and monitor open tickets.
- Update internal knowledge base and maintain response templates.
- Capture customer sentiment (CSAT, NPS) and share insights.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or technical teams.
