  • Experience with campaign reporting, sentiment monitoring, and issue escalation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and validate in-app reviews against campaign criteria.
  • Coordinate voucher disbursement in partnership with brand teams and aggregators.
  • Monitor UGC entries across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Craft and maintain Campaign FAQ Guides and response templates.
  • Provide real-time engagement on community posts.
  • Escalate urgent issues such as negative sentiment or delivery concerns.
  • Track campaign performance metrics.
  • Submit Weekly Community Reports.
  • Recommend iterative improvements based on user feedback.
