Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience working with AU businesses in lead generation, B2B sales, credit control, or debt collection.
  • Strong understanding of AU credit terms (NET 30, EOM), overdue behaviours, and industry payment cycles.
  • Familiarity with AU industries such as construction, trades, wholesale, logistics, medical, property management, strata, and education.
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar).
  • Ability to research AU businesses using ABN Lookup, ASIC, LinkedIn, and public registries.
  • Proven experience in objection handling and outbound calling.
  • High accuracy with CRM updates, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-value prospects across key Australian industries.
  • Research companies using ABN Lookup, ASIC, LinkedIn, AU industry directories, and commercial databases.
  • Build structured lead lists based on industry, size, overdue payment risk, and ageing.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups with AU decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding overdue accounts, ageing, debtor behaviour, and cashflow pressure.
  • Book appointments or warm handovers for the Collections Manager or Director.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and lead status updates.
  • Prepare weekly reports on pipeline performance and market insights.
