Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation or B2B sales.
- Experience in cleaning services, janitorial, or facility management is ideal.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and lead-qualification skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume lead sourcing.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate sales presentations or site walk-throughs with potential clients.
- Develop and send customized cleaning service proposals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the sales team in closing service agreements and preparing onboarding documents.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
