Requirements
- Proven experience in Australian construction
- 3–5+ years Contracts Administration experience
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong understanding of variations, progress claims, and cost tracking
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial tracking)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of Australian construction compliance and documentation standards
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage building contracts, variations, and subcontractor agreements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation
- Ensure all documentation aligns with Australian construction standards
- Track contract values, variations, and cost changes
- Monitor progress claims and payments
- Maintain and update detailed Excel trackers for project costs and budgets
- Generate reports to support project and financial decision-making
- Coordinate with Estimators, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors
- Monitor contract milestones and ensure deadlines are met
