Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B Mid-Market sales experience.
  • Proven track record in PropTech or real estate industry sales.
  • Experience selling to brokerage leadership, marketing executives, or real estate professionals.
  • Strong consultative, solutions-focused sales approach.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to build self-sourced pipeline via relentless prospecting.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel regularly for industry events and client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Execute quarterly quota attainment through self-sourced outbound prospecting.
  • Perform cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person networking.
  • Build relationships with C-suite, brokerage owners, and operations leaders.
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations for multi-stakeholder committees.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles to close deals.
  • Maintain meticulous pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Attend industry events and client sites to accelerate deals.
