Requirements
- Proven experience hitting full-cycle new-business quotas.
- Experience selling $18k to $60k deals to senior marketing or revenue buyers.
- Skilled in building value-based business cases.
- Strong pipeline generation skills without relying solely on lead hand-offs.
- Proficiency with modern sales tech stacks and AI tools.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo.
- Ability to maintain clean pipeline data and honest forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Carry an individual new-business quota ($1M in new ARR) and own the pipeline.
- Qualify every opportunity by confirming fit, budget authority, and value case.
- Run value-led discovery to link platform impact to buyer metrics.
- Maintain list pricing and avoid discounting.
- Keep accurate forecasts and update CRM in real time.
- Partner with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
