- Strong background in corporate and transactional law.
- Extensive experience reviewing, revising, and redlining contracts.
- Experience with CDAs, NDAs, and other commercial contracts.
- Strong legal judgment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Self-starter capable of working independently.
Responsibilities
- Review, revise, and redline various contracts and business agreements.
- Review confidentiality agreements (CDAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other commercial contracts.
- Support corporate legal departments, in-house counsel, or transactional attorneys.
- Analyze content, context, and business implications of contractual provisions.
- Identify potential legal and business issues and flag concerns for internal review.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
