Requirements

- Strong background in commercial contracts and corporate matters

- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-forward mindset with experience in project management tools or CRMs
Responsibilities
- Own the intake process for all incoming client matters
- Categorize and prioritize matters based on urgency and subject area
- Handle standard paralegal tasks like minor revisions, NDA reviews, and template population
- Draft correspondence and client-facing communications
- Route matters to attorneys with clear summaries
- Maintain matter lifecycle tracking in management system
- Communicate status updates to clients
- Build and refine intake and routing workflows with engineering team
