Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of project management or coordination experience.
- Expert knowledge of scientific principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Project (MSP) skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot Tables).
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Understanding of ICH, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 9001:2000.
- Familiarity with FDA and GCP requirements.
- Understanding of the clinical trial and drug development process.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop budgets for moderate complexity projects.
- Manage project financial KPIs and billing schedules.
- Develop and manage project timelines using MS Project.
- Execute day-to-day project activities including risk and issue management.
- Drive customer satisfaction and account growth.
- Participate in or lead RFIs, RFPs, and capabilities meetings.
- Participate in or lead bid defenses.
- Facilitate meetings including agenda development and minutes.
