Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior experience in congress engagement, KOL management, and medical education event planning.
  • Experience with event approval workflows across Commercial, Medical, and Legal Review.
  • Ability to travel onsite 20 to 40% of the time.
  • Technical dexterity with the ability to configure and manage digital engagement platforms.
  • Proven project management skills within the agency or pharma sector.
  • Expertise in navigating pharma regulatory compliance while maintaining business objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills, working with customers, KOLs, and medical societies.

Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and launch engagement apps (web, mobile, portal, video, AI) using SpotMe Backstage CMS.
  • Manage customer relationships and senior stakeholders with timely communications.
  • Train faculty, field sales teams, booth staff, and agencies on event technology.
  • Coordinate onsite technology including interaction tracking, microapps, and badge printing.
  • Brief and prepare speakers for webinars, virtual sessions, and onsite symposia.
  • Execute event operations for both virtual and face-to-face projects.
  • Analyze event data and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
