Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation.
  • Mandatory experience working in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience marketing SaaS products with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing product launches and GTM programs.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of CSP Control Center.
  • Lead GTM planning and execution for all new product launches, integrations, and features.
  • Leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, SEO, and audience segmentation.
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Own organic growth strategy, SEO, and AEO.
  • Establish and manage marketing KPIs and reporting dashboards to report ROI to leadership.
  • Act as the central marketing owner for all C3 initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment.
