Requirements
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques to IAM use cases.
- Hands-on familiarity with Okta platform (Identity Engine, Workflows).
- Working knowledge of Persona or similar identity proofing.
- Understanding of entitlement management and role engineering.
- Familiarity with IGA platforms (SailPoint).
- Strong foundation in Information Security.
- Experience architecting IAM solutions in Azure and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth).
- Expertise in federation (ADFS, Ping Identity).
- Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python).
Responsibilities
- Apply AI/ML capabilities to identity modernization.
- Develop identity proofing, least privileged enforcement, and entitlement management strategies.
- Define and enforce identity management strategies for AI agents.
- Architect AI-based features like adaptive access control and identity analytics.
- Provide deep subject-matter expertise across IAM domains.
- Define and drive adoption of IAM reference architectures.
- Design secure-by-design, scalable IAM solutions.
- Lead technical discovery and solutioning for complex global IAM challenges.
- Serve as hands-on technical lead for engineering delivery.
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
