- Technical understanding of Shopify
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO programs
- Track record of leading and developing team members
- Familiarity with Slack, Linear, Figma, Intelligems, and GitHub
- AI-native mindset using tools like Claude
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships as primary point of contact and strategic advisor
- Deeply understand client brand, product, customers, and competitive landscape
- Make data-driven strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth
- Deliver work across paid landing pages, Shopify theme optimization, and brand/operational support
- Stay current on subscription CPG industry trends and best practices
- Own A/B testing programs in Intelligems
- Lead a pod of PM, Tech Lead, developers, and designer
- Develop and manage the PM on the team
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
