Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in education consulting, inside sales, or customer success.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
- Strong problem-solving and emotional intelligence.
- Able to work 40 hours per week, 6 days per week.
- Self-motivated and data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Address client inquiries about course offerings and registration.
- Follow up with potential clients from the website.
- Conduct consultation calls, text messages, or emails.
- Build relationships with parents to understand academic needs.
- Manage leads from digital channels using a CRM system.
- Execute plans to meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams.
- Analyze performance data to adjust communication tactics.
