Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in-house at high-growth companies.
- Experience sourcing for a variety of non-technical roles (e.g., finance, legal, marketing, policy, operations, sales, partnerships, customer success).
- Proven skill in identifying and engaging high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring teams and act as a trusted talent advisor.
- Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Enthusiasm for connecting people to meaningful work and helping teams scale effectively.
- Curiosity about and interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to build customized sourcing strategies for G&A and GTM roles.
- Act as the primary candidate touchpoint from the first outreach through the onsite stage.
- Build highly targeted searches that deliver precise candidate profiles.
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach to engage even the most passive talent.
- Conduct talent mapping and maintain long-term relationships with high-priority prospects.
- Leverage creative sourcing channels—events, talks, communities, and non-traditional networks.
- Maintain organized, data-driven tracking of candidates and pipeline health.
- Represent OpenAI at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to cross-functional recruiting projects and process improvements.
