Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in launching marketing campaigns and managing end-to-end brand initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate insights into creative and effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong business acumen, including familiarity with budgeting and performance tracking.
  • Proactive, accountable mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of global brand strategy and multi-year roadmap.
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of new product launches.
  • Manage development of campaign assets including messaging, claims, packaging, digital content, PR, social media, influencer activations, and retail materials.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Translate consumer and market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Track campaign performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Support internal alignment by coordinating stakeholders.
