Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign development, or integrated marketing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in launching marketing campaigns and managing end-to-end brand initiatives.
- Strong ability to translate insights into creative and effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong business acumen, including familiarity with budgeting and performance tracking.
- Proactive, accountable mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global brand strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of new product launches.
- Manage development of campaign assets including messaging, claims, packaging, digital content, PR, social media, influencer activations, and retail materials.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Translate consumer and market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Track campaign performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Support internal alignment by coordinating stakeholders.
